Frequently asked questions
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — you keep up to 10 active assets and can upgrade at any time to unlock everything again.
What counts as an asset?
Any physical item you track: laptops, tools, vehicles, furniture. Licenses and consumables are managed separately and don't count toward your asset limit.
Do you charge per user?
Never. Every plan — including Free — includes unlimited users, so your whole team can track assets at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are billed annually and you can cancel before renewal. Your account simply returns to the Free plan with your data intact.
